I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but I want to honestly share my experience. I came in to have all four tires replaced, along with balancing and a wheel alignment. I was told the tire replacement would take about 20–30 minutes and that the alignment would take approximately one to two hours. I was also told that they would let me know immediately if the vehicle needed any additional work before the alignment could be completed properly. Instead, we waited more than four and a half hours in the office without receiving any updates. Eventually, we had to go ask if the vehicle was ready. That’s when we were told that the car was already finished and parked outside. Only then were we informed that the alignment had not been done because the vehicle needed additional work. What was most frustrating was that, after waiting more than four and a half hours, we were told that they had only changed the tires. Essentially, we ended up with the same result that could have been completed within the first 20 minutes. The problem was not that the vehicle needed additional repairs. I’ve been here several times when I’ve had a mishap with almost new tires and didn’t want or need brand new tires. They ALWAYS come through in the clutch with quality tires and great deals. I feel like this is a hidden gem, one of those IYKYK type places. I’ll definitely be back if I find myself in a jam! Also, Kayla and the rest of the staff are really friendly & helpful.

I will never go to discount tire or a dealership again! Go see Kayla and Edwin at Tires for less, they will take great care of you and your vehicle needs! Very affordable pricing and even more friendly staff! I see why this place gets so much business!

I came back because my previously purchased tires from this shop had worn faster than they should have. The floor manager, Edwin whom we have affectionately nicknamed him Mr. Slick Back was very gracious and made sure I was taken care of w/ four new tires at an affordable price. I appreciate that I'm always receive great customer service whenever I visit Tires of Less. Everyone there from the shop staff to the front desk is warm and friendly!

On April 29, I came in to have a ball joint pressed into my knuckle/spindle. The workers informed me the original bore was oversized, which I appreciated, but during the process, the ball joint boot was damaged/ripped. A replacement was ordered, but I was never contacted when it arrived and had to keep calling myself for updates. On May 9, I bought a brand-new knuckle. On May 12, my brother dropped it off to have the replacement ball joint installed. After inspecting it, it was obvious the ball joint had not been pressed in correctly and appeared hammered in instead. The ball joint moved freely, which is a MAJOR safety issue that could have caused an accident on the highway. I returned on May 13 to complain and request a refund. On May 14, they installed a new ball joint. However, the replacement part installed was not the Sankei 555 SB6314 I specifically requested and showed to the front desk employee. A different brand was installed without my approval, and I was later told I had agreed to it, which is false. Some staff members were polite and helpful, and I appreciate them fixing the final installation with the correct part, but the overall workmanship, communication, and han
